Large van service

This service is aimed at people living alone or with a companion. We do not accept requests for family moves.

Includes

  • One way drive from your previous accommodation anywhere in Kansai (Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Shiga, Hyogo, Wakayama prefectures) to your new accommodation, also in Kansai.
  • Transportation 1 passenger with our mover in the car.
  • A pair of arms to help you load and unload the vehicle.

Requirements

  • Dimensions of space inside the vehicle : 300x150x130cm. Any piece of furniture that exceeds these dimensions will not fit, and we will therefore decline the move request.
  • You are also responsible for making sure all your stuff fits in the vehicle beforehand. If you have any doubt, you should consult us before making a reservation, or book an additional round-trip.
  • The move will be carried out between 10am and 5pm. Please make sure to manage your time so that it fits this slot.
  • You must be ready and have all your stuff packed before the mover arrives.
  • Your fridge and other pieces of furniture must be emptied before the move.

Procedure

  1. You fill out the contact form.
  2. We confirm to you that we are available on that day and able to transport your stuff.
  3. On the agreed day, our mover rings your bell between 9 and 10am.
  4. The mover receives the payment in cash from you. Note that this step is non delayable.
  5. The mover helps you load everything in the car, transports everything (including you) to your new accommodation, and helps you unload everything.
  6. That’s it ! Now you can enjoy your new home !

Remarks

  • The quote below is what is applied as a general rule. If you move to a different prefecture but the place you’re leaving and the new place are close, we might offer you a lower price than what this calculator does, so feel free to ask us.
  • If you would like to move from/to prefectures a bit further (Aichi, Mie, Fukui, Okayama, Kagawa, Tokushima), we might be able to help you move so feel free to ask us a customised quote. However, we will not accept requests for further areas.
  • We do not provide cardboard boxes.
  • Each begun hour after 5pm will be charged 2000¥.
